Broadband Retentions leaving Virgin question - Price increase

I did put the NEW bold font. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough.
Yes I know you did, but point is, if I had renewed or signed up as a new customer it would have been before that date, so would have still be subject to the CPI + 3.9%

They will instead put the prices up £3.50 every April on the new contracts after 17th Jan, which is more than the the CPI + 3.9% was last year (on the package I was on).

The Yodel point in my area is inundated with Virgin equipment returns.

I've mention before Virgin was all we had in our area for 25 years or more and it seems like most of the area is jumping ship.

These rises they force on you will end up not working for them, more and more will leave and bounce between who ever is cheaper at renewal time.

Same here 25 yrs Telewest/VM on dial up , max speed we have ever got is 250mb , they are seriously going to have to give better deals , for so long had the monolpy. Not even going to haggle , if they can't beat the competition in the first offer I'm off .
