I'm paying £31 for 250mb, telephone line and all days calls :: all day calls cost £8.00, so a good deal for 250mb would be £23 : makes £20 sound good!!Yeah that's a decent shout , however our discounts end tomorrow making its gone from £21 - £33- £50 -£57 from 26th.
Think we should have restarted the cycle a few weeks ago. I'll remember that next time.

No sure about your question but they did very similar thing to me, I upgrade from £38.00 per month to £46.00 for bigger tv. Even though i cancelled within 30 days they whacked a big bill onto me of £127.00. I refused to let them take it and i went forwards and backwards through calls and webchat and eventually via people on the community boards. I ended up leaving them as they pissed me off that much. luckily i am in a 5g area. I keep looking at the £39.99 or slightly lower for the bigger tv package with 250mb. I just have not jumped yet.Even though we agreed to new offer on the 25th July , they cut us off on the 26th, been going around in circles on chat , for new offer to show up they obv needed to reconnect the service but said it could take 72hrs . We got back on yesterday but bill was showing as £57 for 250mb. They said wait again as they can't make any changes for 72hrs. Today we get acct update " all done" 250mb with a bill in sept for £117.00. chat say nothing on acct for the agreed deal. Other than wait I have doubts , currently waiting in CS relations queue. We have the web confirmation and contract.pdf , sent a complaint off but not hold my breath.
You get a 14 day cooling off period with any contract I'm pretty sure. They will have you on a rolling contract unless you signed new documentsAny one answer can we request to be disconnected, or will they try it on with a 30 days notice
sometimes they will do that charge you then refund next months , we just let out contract end and signed up for another 18 months. ended up same price as old contract but no free sim card that we never used anyway yes I know it will go up within the 18 months but will see what happens then.I have my doubts, it's been documented to manually apply tomorrow when I ring or chat
They said they system wouldn't allow them to do it until 5-7 days had passed from the date of the contract. All bluff n blag but they have 1 day left to sort it out. Too busy to hang around in a queue now
