Update to my saga, our account got updated today and they were asking for £68 to be paid 4th Sept. They said disregard that it's system generated, but then proceeded to say the bill was 43.97 and not 9.97 for Sept. Queried this and managers discounts had not been applied , it was in the notes but not actioned and they kept saying that it will be done but couldn't trust them or then probably have to spend yet another day or days contacting them again.
We are getting disconnected again , one thing I don't agree with is the fact you have to give another 30 days notice, the 14 day cooling off just waives early disconnection fees. So we are now paying them regardless.
Surprised also we put in. Complaint yesterday and they just rang and are looking init ring us back at 7.30pm

Complaints have persuaded us to stay and guaranteed the discounts will be added . Hope I've done the right thing, and I'm not going through this in a few weeks time
