Broadband Retentions leaving Virgin question - Price increase

Outbound retentions is a clue how to get the best deals its OUTBOUND ive never ever been able to be directly connected to this office ever in all my years with them since back in the days it was Diamond cable etc.
Dont waste time on the options waiting just let them ring you because its their commision based staff's way of securing existing customers etc 👍👍👍👍👍

If you put cancellation request in then you will get a call from outbound retentions team.

I had multiple calls from different people from the outbound team last year.

I did try the my mate got it for £17 yesterday but it didnt work. Yesterday I spoke to someone in the UK. Today, Manila.

I suspect its account specific discounts taking into consideration loyalty/number of years you have been a customer.
