My household seems to always have issues streaming from ITVX regardless of VPN being enabled or not. We have decent speeds, but just that app seems to give us issues. Can be the TV loaded app or casting from phone, always buffer issues

ITVX buffering issues can sometimes be app-specific rather than internet-related. Try clearing the app cache, updating it, or using a different device/browser. If the problem persists, it might be worth checking your TV’s firmware or streaming settings.

I have tried all that and I still have the issue. I am using the latest 4k firestick as I cannot load itv x onto my Formuler z10. the strange thing is that it works fine for live tv just buffers all the time and especially at the end of adverts, on any catch up programs especially during a drama program

That does sound frustrating, especially with catch-up program

Has there been any downloader code yet to solve this problem. I can’t even download itvx with nord using multiple codes I’ve found to sideload it.

If you're using NordVPN, make sure you switch the network protocol to Wireguard or even Nord's new Nord Whisper. This may help. Nord's default settings sometimes aren't the best for IPTV playback. That's helped me in the past.

No joy with nord whisper. Don’t have the option of wire guard. Thanks anyway.
Nord even gave me a new server no. That didn’t work. Tbf there helpful but still no result yet. I’ll keep trying

Have you simply tried it with a hotspot from you phone? Eliminating the ISP and just using your phone's data connection for a quick second?

No I will try that. That might work for firestick.
On the iPhone I can’t get app through app store but can log in on safari but it won’t play as it only plays on app. With bbc iplayer I can’t get app on phone but can use on safari.

No I will try that. That might work for firestick.
On the iPhone I can’t get app through app store but can log in on safari but it won’t play as it only plays on app. With bbc iplayer I can’t get app on phone but can use on safari.

You could try changing your country region to UK on you iPhone Apple account then use a vpn connected to UK and then try download the app.
