IPTV Loading times?

Hi,

In the app I found these settings, which settings shall I choose to make the app faster because navigating through the app feels laggy unresponsive, press a button on the remove and the action happens like 5 secs after. Also which settings shall I change to make live IPTV loading quicker?

I reduced the buffering from 20 to 10 and I had weird glitches such as scenes repeating or sped up playback of live channels.

It is like running a PC game on a underpowered PC to try to get the game running smooth with tweaks. I can understand for 3D PC games but for IPTV, what is going on :sob:?

If that's your provider logo remove the images. As that could be classed as naming, a provider.
Alsochange stream format to hls see if it helps

Okay also for the firestick 4k max shall I use the hardware or software decoder in regards to make the iptv zappier with less freezing & buffering?

What is Enable OpenGL pixel format & the OpenGL hardware accelerated audio?

Shall I leave the buffer size to default 20 value?

I don’t use amazon devices but I always use hardware decoders.
As for OpenSL and OpenGL that is your choice to test.
Buffer size is ok at default but you can test it lower to see the results.
It is all trial testing settings and finding out what they actually do for you.
Bit or research needed.
The same with trying different apps
But no amount of altering settings is going to make a bad sub better.
This is the reason users suggested trying your sub out on different apps.
I have never used the app you are using so I can’t comment on how good it is.
The best apps I have used are Tivimate, iMPlayer and MyTVonline 3.

Ask your iptv provider for a tivimate app code they will give you one for free to use on your device.
 
I would get some trials, off the request thread, you have a 4k max stick, implayer or tivimate shouldn't feel laggy, you shouldn't really have to mess around with all the settings either. You said in your first post ,you weren't getting freezing or glitching, thats good news , your sub can't be that bad. Implayer and tivimate are both good apps, tivimate maybe feels slightly slicker, but there is not much in it, Implayer has a web panel for loading lines which I prefer. A 4k max stick is a powerful little stick, plenty enough power for what you want.

If you get some trials and then you compare your sub against others, ask for ones with xtreme codes login , then you can add them to implayer or tivimate etc.

Maybe your expectations of iptv and iptv apps are too high?
 
I think your messing around to much.

Tivimate is good. Can use it for free to test your provider out

But you need server details, username, password.

If your happier with it. Sign up and pay for lifetime or yearly. Still a bargain either way


I wouldn't worry about zap times. If it's working well

It's working no glitches and you can watch what you need it's all good.

Can mess around too much sometimes and it causes more problems than ones it solves.


Also have you got loads installed on your firestick. I find the more you have installed the slower it gets. Try uninstalling what you don't need if there's loads of apps installed
