I only got my stick back last night lee. Mate split up with his mrs so lent it to him for a couple of weeks. Leave it with me Sir to add mine is not that china crap

Only one problem I had a was were it went a bit laggy. I've watched hours of TV without a hiccup. Ive watched 4k films without a hiccup. Ive watched YouTube 4k videos without a hitch .

Can live without the UK TV apps.

It's as quick as the firestick.

I haven't seen any bad reviews on Amazon. If you click the one star reviews there is one and it makes now sense what they put.

All the others say it's ok.

I don't think I would pay over a £100 for a box to watch cheap TV on. I'm a tight arse though. But money's tight even when your both working full time these days. So Any were I can save money I will.

reset hole for GD1... needed if you want to unpair the remote/or reset it.

What have you got connected to the unit is it a otg cable with a usb port may I ask

Are you using your tv usb port to power it or wall charger’ my tv only supports 5V 0.5A which is not enough so I’ve just used an Apple iPhone charger.

Use a plug the Tv port is not enough power source

I'm a nob. Now then found a longer cable. And a old phone charger plug. The pictures brighter and the vod picture folders are there straight away. Must of been running in low power mode or summat.

I was going to do the exact same thing as you at first pal yes the power cable is a bit on the short side’ I got a 1.5m usb A - usb C cable from Poundland for £1.50 👍🏻

This device has similar specs to a Chromecast which ships with a 5V 1.5A plug. However, the dcolor's specs say it only need a 5V 1A power supply.

No plug included used a old mobile phone charger.

Chargers are power direct current not the same as Power supply adapters which are AC/DC

The difference now is night a day picture wise and it's even snappier.

Top tip don't use the TV usb slot
