Hi Guys

still enjoying my h7s box , a month or so ago , I got test for spanish sat channels
as I was having trouble with the line I had , or I thought it was the line (turned out to be the dish)

anyway , started to fiddle about , and now no channels are clearing on sat , line still on . so not
sure what I have done ,provider said restart softcam manger , but cant find it

am using openatv 6.2 . I did have a backup , but bloody drive stopped working :(

any help would be greatful

Softcam panel
Click green to restart the softcam

dont have that option when I press red , pic attached is what I get on red button

You have no softcams installed
Go to plugins
Press green
Click softcams
Install whichever ones you need
Reboot the box
Then when you press red. , softcam panel will be visible

thats weird , as i had one before , as i needed oit for spanish sat , cant remember which one i had lol

Have a look at the line you bought
If it begins with C: it will probably be in cccam.cfg and needs cccam softcam.
If it begins with CWS It will be in newcamd.list and needs mgcamd softcam

its cccam , i downloaded cccam 2.3.2 restarted box , press red button , and no softcam
not sure whats wrong

Everything changed months ago, the cccam.cfg file now goes in etc folder not usr.keys folder

managed to down load 2.3.2 version , and now have softcam panel , do I need to move keys now

Try restarting ccam softcam first, if it doesn't work you can move cccam.cfg from usr/keys folder to etc folder and try again

all sorted now , put my line in user folder cccam and worked straight away
problem was I still have line on oscam one , without oscam lol silly me

Today my Zgemma H7 faced me with the following screen. In fact Tuner A had already gone for 6 months and I was managing Tuner B since then.
Now Tuner A also is not working as you see. Any other tuner is visible.
What can I do for this? Your comments please

Press the ok button on it or use the <> buttons on remote to enable it.

Highlight the tuner using the remote and click left/ right arrows to enable
