Just put the .ipk file on a usb stick and plug it into the box.
It should automatically detect it and ask you if you want to install it.

Ok have managed that an have vpn manager with surfshark credentials but when i try to connect to a server it says login auth failed.

I have no idea how VPN Manager works or VPN's in general. I've never needed to use one.
You will need to start a new thread in the general satellite section.

with surfshark you do not use normal username and password that you would use on example windows or android app you need to log in to surfshark website and select vpn then manual and use those details. and old pdf but it will help

Edit: why not use wireguard plugin if compatible with your reciever thats what i now use with surfshark wont go back to openvpv if possible it is to slow.

Have you a guide how to set up using wireguard. Have sorted it through openvpn for now.

Edit: you cannot use openvpn and wireguard plugins together because it can cause problems.

And best thing you could do, nothing to do with willow build great ,but you can install only plugins or skins e.c.t that you need plus it is great learning how to do it yourself without relying on a build.

Getting a crash on sf8008 when delete recording on vix 6.6.011 only just started to have this problem it deletes the file but box crash ,do you know if this will get fixed in your willow update or next vix update ? thanks

Yes ,still the same ,only started doing it from last update ,ran older version of vix no problems ,but run willow updater again and test again

Low level format the stick with HDD Guru then fat32 that should work.

I'm making another effort to try and get my Formuler F1 working again for Christmas after a long time out of commission.

I tried that HDD Guru low level format on my SanDisk, which run an age. Then I Fat32 formated and copied the Formuler1 folder from openvix 6.6.0.12 to the SanDisk drive. I powered up the Box, the front of the box scrolled to say found image 6.6.0.12 before hanging on Booting. Looking at the TV, the Openvix/Will build logo is still visible.

Is it the end of the road for my box? Yours in desperation.
