So on the root of the usb, you need Mars V8UHD_V1.11.11242_11052024.bin and the backdoor.key

It won't read the zip and the v8uhd_flash.bin is prob the stock fw.

delete the zip file and the folder, make sure the backdoor.key is in the root with the bin file and try again.

yes backdoor.key, you don't need the .txt file but you also need the .bin file
