I got 1 year with my viark sat, I think it's 2 years with the viark 4k.

Yes he has 4k stb so 2 years, I have viark sat and its 1 year as you stated 👍

SP2 is SP1 Satellite + IPTV which = SP2

I've had my GT media v8 uhd subs are purchased separately as we know, but only satellite, how do you get IPTV ,?

Think I had a week's trial of IPTV when I got the box but not too sure

thanks for all your help, everything working well. Last thing to request is what is the quickest way to organise the channels. They are all in a random list at the moment. I have searched for a channel list but cant seem to find one and not sure which bouquets editor to use?

Do waste your time with editors very frustrating and it will crash.

Best way is on the remote.

Thanks, how do you install this. I loaded it to the usb and when click on it via the update from usb process it doesn't do anything

Did you extract the file first onto the usb stick. The file format should read as sdx.

Updated sly UK and Euro with sly UK list.
Euro list sly UK is updated but the rest may needs scan as my dish is not 100%

Ta! I've noticed there's only Irish radio in your last couple of lists - is this a box issue?

Not sure mate..
Will have a look later on. Blind scan was done so they should've been there.. Okay there's 82 radio station on the list but some are saying no signal lol.
I'll delete them all and do another blind scan and see what happens lol

K it found 49 radio station and something is not right with my dish as some are named Unname 😂..
Your best bet for now is press menu then channels then Radio channels and delete them all. Then do a blind scan and NO to Remove existing channels.
Put the kettle on and have cup of tea or 3 lol and you should have them then..

A arse load of channels are closing down on the 30th so I'll redo the list after that on the normal sly dish..

I had a quick look on a certain Chinese website and the best price I can see after vat applied is about £63.

Bloody hell it's taken a while - my GTCombo has been sat gathering dust but will have to give it a spin - the screenshot I've seen looked very different to the standard GTMedia firmware as was a white about screen.

Actually just found a video and for the most part looks very similar to the V8 UHD Mars firmware, I saw a white about screen as it seems to jump between themes, looks like it's got Apollo IPTV so not actually sure if these are Mars or IKS now - maybe a sign it's a more generic firmware they're running across the AMLogic boxes now they're coming.

He's got 3 free days in that video - says ApolloPro.IM.145 in the video about 5:14 so suggests it's fullblown IKS.

The Linux kernel was 4.9.113 in the screenshot I saw so that's 6 years old or so I think so may be root access available.
