If you're using NordVPN, make sure you switch the network protocol to Wireguard or even Nord's new Nord Whisper. This may help. Nord's default settings sometimes aren't the best for IPTV playback. That's helped me in the past.

I tried whisper as no option for wireguard and then couldn't get BBCi player so returned to normal Nord and working again but still the issue with ITVX
