Is Stremio working

They do I can assure you.
Well am going by people who been with them over a decade and assure me the pts system don't apply to streaming...maybe someone on it here can confirm...your using a £20 service so won't be affected.

I have a account mate I can 100% assure you I am correct if you go into your account there is one fir storage one for streaming.

The streaming one gets topped up at midnight by 30 points.

But if you watched a movie a day you wouldn't notice.

1 point = 1 gig of streaming

Yes streaming is definitely included in the points system.
I think your points reset every 30 days to the maximum 1000.
You also get 30 points every day
I think over the course of 30 days for streaming you could have a max of 1900gb in a 30 day period.
If you watch remux movies they can be 60-100gb.
A decent rip of tv episode can be 3-10gb.
If you are a heavy user then just watch lower quality streams.
For most users it should be fine though.
There didn’t seem to be a limit on RD but at the moment it still works for now.

there were always limits on RD on certain hosts you can check that on rd limits section.

Edit: just noticed streamio is now working again with RD

And why are you saying RD works for now when you do not use stremio
You can buy more of both allowances with premulize yes RD did have a fair usage policy but I think it was more lenient. It won't last with RD obviously but make use of it while you can

I'd be interested in seeing the financial figures over the next few weeks from real-debrid. It must absolutely cripple them with what's going on. Surely they would just up and move it it's such a large dent to their income. Servers are not cheap to maintain and a lack of income support means a compromise.

Just again rechecked regards premiumize usage policy...anything u play that's cached is not deducted from your points...eg anything cached is on premiumize servers already u ain't downloading anything just playing a stream...most recent movies/tv is cached...only time u will have issue is if u download...so again Joe blogging using cached streams won't have issue

The reason people don't notice say you watch 2 movies a week. You wouldn't notice.

Because your fair usage would just keep topping up to 100%

If you watched 5 movies with super quality which sometimes are 100 gig in size your fair usage wouldn't top up for nearly 2 weeks.

So you would need to buy more bandwidth if you kept watching movies in that sort of quality

I difficult to find out but good to know if that is the case.
Probably more info on Reddit than the actual website.
I will test on some cached content.
I bought a month to test it.

The point is ...you use cached file to stream a 100gb stream...you don't lose any pts you remain on your full allocated allowance...you share your premiumize with a "family" member 😀 you both use cached streams ...you can view till your heart content...just don't let anyone who is a heavy downloader near it.

Nice one , intrigued to know how this compares to RD+ content too, My RD is still working with both Stremio and Kodi, but I may sub a month to . I can't cope watching stripped 4k content down to a couple of gig. I'm not a big bandwidth user however if I watch 1 movie a week TV show it needs to be a decent quality.

Look forward to your tests
