It’s not letting me download on someone phone, I asked the guy who I bought it from and he said not possible for all tivimate to go on the phone so I decided to ask here.
So are you saying that they said it only works on certain phones?
Tivimate is not recommended for phones use a different app. That version you bought is not compatible with a few different devices including certain fire sticks
We have a dish, aerials here are not very good for signal.
The first tivimate I bought from him works on certain devices because it’s designed like that I think I’m not sure, the thing is the official tivimate needs a url and the provider isn’t giving it because of security reasons for there service.
That’s weird if it’s not compatible for all phones i bought another version from him of a tivimate app and he said the same thing but hopefully the second tivimate app will work on all other devices.
I don’t need it on my phone it’s someone else wants it on there phone and I’m just setting up for them but the provider isn’t sending url that’s there rules.
I would test it first as the official app doesn’t work well as it’s made for TV devices.

The custom tivimate app is the same as the official tivimate version, it won’t work on smartphones at all it will just work on second devices connected to the TVs i didn’t know that until now.
They have a Firecube which is ample for IPTV.
