To use a motorised dish you will need to use AutoBouquetMaker and not the installed AutoBouquet E2.


Two Choices:
Flash online again from step 4 of the instructions but use the H2H version of WooshBuild from the flash online list as this has ABM instead. Although it says H2H, it was built on the H2S and will work fine.

or

Remove the plugin AutoBouquet E2
Using FTP navigate to etc/enigma2 and remove all .tv and .radio files in the folder.
Restart your box

Now install the plugin AutoBouquetMaker from within the systemplugins section and use Kiddac's bare bones guide to help you configure if you need to.

Personally, I would go for WooshBuild H2H

If you know the line is good is can only be a config thing with copying the line into the correct file and location as you say your used FTP. The USB Cam Importer will do that for you, you just have to give it the correct file.

I never commented on the line as you said you were going to look into it later.
 
Personally I would flash WooshBuild H2H and start again so you have ABM for your motorised dish. Forget your dreambox days and follow the instructions in post #1. A lot of time went into it all and the Cam Importer is there to make life easy.

As you have your line details already don't worry about backing up your settings, just flash the H2H build from the flash online list then use the cam importer to add your line.

Again your post suggests you have setup something that is already setup. "Only setup 28 east at the mo" Did you set this up? If so why?

If it is a new line do you know it works?
Is it the correct line in the correct file? C: or N: goes in CCcam.cfg and CWS = goes in newcamd.list

Thanks for the reply, I'm downloading it from the plugins just. I'm not using DCC for anything, There is everything on that IMAGE I need. but now it seems to crush on me every time I reset the box and put the IMAGE back in it and it's fine until I download the AutoBouquetMaker in the plugins.. Hopefully this make a bit more sense

Very happy with your build Wooshman and I am still getting it to "bed down"

I am having problems with the screen freezing etc. I am assuming that it is due to the info going between my hard drive and the Zgemma H2S.

My hard drive is a Western digital 1TB and is about 5 years old. Would I be better off getting, say, a 64/128GB USB stick - will this reduce/stop the freezing or is there some tweak that I can do in the settings.

Your box so you can do whatever you want to, but why are you installing AutoBouquetMaker when everything is up and running? AutoBouquet E2 is installed and working,so why change it?

Just flash using the H2H image as post #1002 says if you really must have AutoBouquetMaker.
 
Total noob like a few in here, was all set to buy a prepaid setup box from eBay but reading this I think I could do it and might buy a new untouched box directly through the sponsors.

Just a quick question has anyone set this up on a new box using a Mac? I don't own a PC and don't want to run into problems.

Another Noob question there was an update at 11.45am for the ABe2 which I changed to 2.00am went out came back and my partner said something updated at 12.45 but as I missed it ive no idea what it was or where to look any idea.

CrossEPG

Menu -> Setup -> CrossEPG -> Configure

Change the time in there
 
Quick question woosh. I haven't tried this out myself but do recordings still work when the cross epg is updating?

With bouquet maker ,what's the difference, I thought maybe other satellite was in it maybe,,,,can catseyes be used,might be daft question
