your hdd should have been connected ages ago mate after makeing a swap file in step 2 and wile u updated online to wooshbuild 3.02 have u made the swap file on your hdd

Just to let you all know I am not being rude like normal but away from my box for a week.

this is a great image great work only problem i have is i cant get micro sd card to work if i try to record tells me disk full if i try to intalise stuck on 99 per cent and then says timed out try to mount it it mounts ok then try to record still says disk full its a 256gb sd card any one know what would be wrong or is there a issue with sd cards on these boxes

Reading thru some of the posts, it appears that quite a few people have had issues trying to use microsd cards on these boxes.
The common theme is the size of card which nearly always tends to be of a large capacity storage.
As previously stated by members these cards often cannot be trusted especially the bargain ones from fleabay.
I suggest you try a smaller card ie 16gb and see if that works ok.
If it does then the other card is the issue.
