I have any number of pairs of cheapy Aldi or Lidl sports glasses for work, they do the job just about. my problem is that I have sat on, dropped, left behind, lost, etc. more pairs of sunglasses than I care to remember on the bus, so I only use cheapies nowadays.
However, for my outside work life, I have a pair of Rayban aviators my wife bought for my birthday many years ago, I also have some Oakley Flak 2.0 XL with several different lenses and sleeves for my differing moods. I also bought recently from someone another pair of Ray bans and also a pair of oakleys.
Current favourite lens is my photochromic ones as they can adapt to the strength of the sun.
I've had two pair of the oakley flaks, the arms broke on the first pair. I do abuse them but love them to bits. First pair were about £150.00 second pair about £98.00. I wear contacts so they help with sensitive eyes. The main thing though they suit my round face.
The point being, is your Prada sunglasses apart from the badge, is not manufactured by Prada.
Aviator, is that not pinched off Rayban ? Pop a pic up of ya pradas,

Polarised glasses are good for fishermen, but for driving and most other things you ought to use ordinary sun glasses so that you can see instruments correctly.
For instance with polarised a sat nav will just be black ( true you might be able to make it out with difficulty) l have tried to put a link on to explain better but with my phone it might not work.
Oakley juliet. 1st Generation 1999, reason no Lenses, Annie ate them.
Gutted as Lenses discontinued, 2010..lesson learnt included is the little monster who ate them
If anyone wants a bit of low down on Luxottica, have a look at Wiki Luxottica - Wikipedia.
1000% mark up. 30% world market share.
Also, from first hand experience, I would not ever, ever recommend buying from their stores in airports abroad. Uk warranty is not 100% supportive.
I have Oakleys Antix btw. Looking to get some decent priced and reputable replacement lenses. Hmmm.
I bought a replacement pair of non genuine Oakley flak jacket polorised mirrored lenses off eBay for about £8.00. Very good quality just a little harder to fit but well worth it.

May not be the most fashionable but these Zeiss Umbral's circa 1950 are the best sunglasses I have ever owned. Were given to me by a relative who was an optician. Only wear them for driving, they stay in the car dont want to risk dropping them
