Just done the latest update (V8) and didn't even need to reload the channel list, all good!

Is 28 east working on a v8. I have just renewed my subs and all i get is encrypted program.

Never mind i saw there was new firmware and i updated it, and that fixed it. incase anyone else is having issues

If you mean Sports+ there is only 1 channel available on Sat.

For mt new MS box, which Option I should select for 28e?

SP1 Europe or Sp 1 Spain? Price is same for both options. Not sure what is the difference.

After seeing hedges2016 post yesterday I tried doing a factory reset last night but nothing is clearing on 28.2east and for some reason I no longer have TNT sports 2 HD
When I went to scan the transponder in I cannot see the frequency that Lyngsat and King of sat say it is on.
Is there a way to manually enter the frequency as I only seem to be able to select those from the drop down list?

Menu-Installation-Antenna Settings.

Highlight frequencies and select ADD

Then in the popup enter the parameters for the frequency and save.

You will then be able to select it for scanning.

Sorted. Bought SP1 Europe and all clearing. Added 1 year on the Server expiry too.

Thank you. Updated viark 4k to 1.21 and all channels working including TNT.

Sorry for the noob question but it's been a while: how do I access the menu to find my serial number and server expiration date etc?
