I asked because that zip file was for the GT Combo, not the V8 uhd I thought you already updated your V8 on 19th Jul

Exactly why i gave vegiuk these instructions, as he quoted the Combo firmware



Those are wrong for a V8 but right for a Combo

Not sure if this has been covered allready but I have issues with viark 4k not giving the option for 4k2k 50hrz resolution. My TV is compatible. Is this a hdmi cable issue?

Yes more than likely the hdmi cable will be the reason.

Sorted. Thanks Coke addict. Id forgot I had installed a splitter to take it to a 2nd tv. This isnt 4k compatible! Silly me!

There is one "Plus" channel on sat that has replaced "Arena" on the same frequency. The rest are all online only sadly.

Do a blind scan on 28.2 as there's a good EFL games on it .

Ive not used the viark drs2 much since the footy season has ended. Im on the latest firmware and have re scanned the channels. None of the paid channels on 28.2 are clearing or showing in green. 16e is working fine. Is 28.2 down?

Strange one. I’m on v8 uhd not had it out of standby for about 3 weeks and I have found today that I can not clear 28.2. 16e all good tho. Viark 4k working no probs too.

Strange. Must be certain serial numbers that are not working as my viark isnt clearing 28.2 either but 16e ie spot on.

Same for me on my GT Media V8 UHD 28E Sly UK and Even 19E Sly DE not colored not working box was off for about 2-3 weeks
just tried now but nothing .
All other sats change color and work except 28E UK SD/HD AND EVEN 19E Sly DE SD/HD NOT OK .
