Viark VIARK TYPE BOXES

Same for me on my GT Media V8 UHD 28E Sly UK and Even 19E Sly DE not colored not working box was off for about 2-3 weeks
just tried now but nothing .
All other sats change color and work except 28E UK SD/HD AND EVEN 19E Sly DE SD/HD NOT OK .

Maybe gone to 146 on some stb before the sw been released like before, works fine on viark sat non 4k

I have both boxes (viark sat 4k and gtmedia V8UHD) working 28.2 without any issues.

Excuse my ignorance, what do you mean by gone to 146? Cheers. I do have a msg about v9 prime getting an update from the Mars group this morning. So you might be spot on. Only other thing was my sub was due to run out today so not sure if that had any effect.

It means that the server number. Currently most are on 145 and those that did not update to 145 lost sky channels.

The boxes software update will not be to version 145 it will be the next numbering system to the previous software number but the notes will say server updated to 145 for example.

Menu-Installation-Antenna Settings.

Highlight frequencies and select ADD

Then in the popup enter the parameters for the frequency and save.

You will then be able to select it for scanning.

Doing the above will add to the channel list you wont loose it

If you are loosing it your selecting remove before scanning on the popup

Was there something about a month ago where it was mentioned that some might need to purchase a new connection? I think this was gt media boxes but i did not take a lot of notice to it.
