What's the best way to deal with incorrect links?

For example the past day or two, I've been trying to watch the first episode of season 3 Unsolved Mysteries about Jack the Ripper, but all the files seem play an episode from the second series. Is there anyway to flag this as incorrect and get the right one somehow?

It is still in beta version so not the finished article.
The dev is working on that issue but at the moment you just need check the title of the links provided. s03e01 etc.
 
@Aristotle Yeah it's an weird one, I ended up downloading the season myself and uploaded it to RD, I'm not sure how long it takes before it will be able to be found by the scrapers but I was able to watch through the Debrid Manger option on Syncler. Funnily enough the files themselves were marked as S17 episodes 1-5 on the site I grabbed them from.
 
Aristortle , i have been using your setting for Kodi to play Syncler downloads, working fine , until last night tried a few movies in 4k, but kept buffering
at the start so gave up, just watched them in 1080p which run fine.
I am using the Fire TV Cube and my internet speed is full fibre 50Mbps ,connection by Ethernet port , is my device capable of 4k? Thanks.

I always watch my torrents that I have added to my RD account through Syncler Debrid manager and it’s the best way really.

I would think you may get buffering on some large remux files with 50mbps connection.
Your device will play 4k files just look for smaller size files.
Did you try the internal Exoplayer to play the same files?

I have been testing the pre release for a couple of weeks.
As you mentioned this is the public release.
At the moment you can’t use Kodi as your chosen player as it will start playback but then fail.
You can choose Play with and it will work but your content will not track or resume where you left off.
If you want your content tracked use a different player as your chosen player.
Dev recommends to uninstall your old version and start fresh and install using the New Syncler installer.
This is not a stable release and is still a work in progress.

If you are with VM and find you don’t find results for some shows or movies, it’s because some providers are blocked by this isp.
You can use a vpn to fix this issue and any other isp doing the same thing.
Just make sure you use a vpn that your Debrid service allows.
Also source validation has been fixed but removal of invalid sources has not so you will still see them in results but you will know the valid sources because they are marked with a tick.

For anyone using Syncler beta
2.0.0.34 has been released and the dev has fixed loads of issues with the existing versions.
Validation, filters, default players
UI and much more.

Hiya,
do you need to uninstall everything or can it be just updated, and would i need to re-input the 'Jackedup vendor manifest' ? thanks advance

It’s recommended that you do a fresh install because a lot has changed for the better.
You install it from Syncler installer.
Current version is 2.0.0.34
Lots of info on the Syncler Discord.

Dev just made it public recently or you could join the discord 3 weeks ago and help test it before it was released onto the Syncler installer app
I have installed 22 versions in the last three weeks lol
The latest version seems to be the most stable.
There has been lots of feature requests for the Dev to look at whether they add them is anyone’s guess.
 
I doubt from reading the Free version stays free.

Just a way of getting feedback to perfect something and then charge again.
