Not sure what they are like for blocking but vm blocks me as I can get more results if I use a vpn.

I tried that thanks, it still can't find any sources for the series/program the Mrs wants to watch, Outlander Se02e01 but we can find it on Stremio, very strange indeed.

Not sure what version you are using but with the recent RD issue the dev has added a fix for RD.
The app has changed quite a bit in the last month and they are still working on feature requests from users.
This is the latest version available from the installer
v2.0.0.39

OK lads cheers, there's definitely something wrong with my Syncler + then as I get no premium links at all, despite paying for it and having a valid RD account, I'll trey what you suggested above and feedback.

If you are running any version below v2.0.0.39 RD will not work because RD removed the API key over a week ago as have AD, DL recently which needed a workaround and several devs have pushed updates out with some VOD apps and addons.
This is unavoidable and RD, AD,
and DL make break in the future but for now they have found a loophole in the law.
Any user using the debrid service PM is unaffected by this.
If you have installed any updates sometime you have to remove RD account and re-add it or make sure it’s enabled in third party accounts.
v2.0.0.43 can now be installed through the installer now.
Which improve’s RD workaround consistency
The dev may bring the same fix for AD and DL
Also the newer Beta releases are a lot better than the old stable version which I don’t use anymore and RD does not work anymore in that version so I am led to believe.

Do you use the Debrid service Premiumize as well because you will only see those links if you have a paid sub.
The only way you can get free links in beta as if you use the p2p feature which doesn’t work very well compared to a Debrid service.
You can get free links in the old stable version using the kosmos package.
Not sure how well they work as I haven’t used them in years but again not as good as using a debrid sub service.

I have an RD Premium account, and this is the version of Syncler beta that I use, RD looks to be active but I get no results?

Also I don't use Premiumize, how do I set this up?

I was talking about Premiumize as the image posted by moshibeth was showing links for that dedrid service in the old stable version of Syncler.
My first image was for RD to show RD works for the show you mentioned and second was for PM links.
RD will not work on older versions and on the recent newer versions you may have to re-add your RD account and make sure it is enabled in third party accounts in Syncler.
