Stremio with RD seems to be safe to use without a VPN. Been using over a year with no problems.

They only store data for a year and I don’t know of anyone yet who has been convicted for watching copyrighted material on the Internet.
I also think they are more likely to go after distributors hosters and suppliers of copyrighted material imo.

I agree. But still should be something to be aware about.

If using Syncler with Real Debrid, do you need to use a vpn? I want to load Syncler onto two fire tablets for family.
I already have Stremio but not using Real Debrid but using a vpn, but find the vpn looses connection. 'Nordvpn' .

Didn't know much about RD till after reading up about it here, when i installed Stremio i was following the instructions using Torrentio,
'Torrentio provides torrent links, those who do not use real-debrid must use a VPN in conjunction with this service'. but still wasn't sure if needed a VPN.
It looked good 'Stremio' , but reading your posts says get more better links with RD, and also thought maybe use Syncler as seems to be even better?

You could still link your RD account with Stremio for it to find premium RD cached links.
Just make sure your devices are in one location without a VPN.
If using another device in another location don’t have someone else using another device in a different location at the same time using your RD account.
You are still accessing cached Torrents, but on RD servers which are encrypted.
I do prefer Syncler because of the scrapers, quality of links, better trakt integration.

Thank you Aristotle, it will be just for use at home. Can i ask it it safe to use card for payment for RD.
It has prepaid tickets, don't know what that is and Cryptomoney, heard of it but never used it.
Syncler has paypal as payment which i have.

I pay for RD through my Amazon account, which is an option on payment methods.
Yes I usually use PayPal for buying a Syncler key.
I have used crypto in the past, but it’s a bit of a blag.

Yes it works on quite a few apps.But I doubt you would get more content.

Premulize and RD pretty much identical. But RD has more payment options. Premulize better for different reasons.

You will get more content and better quality remux files the more scrapers an app or add-on has.
I have tested this and that’s the results I get.
Using CocoScrapers with a compatible Kodi add-on like Fen light gave me some of the best results with Syncler a close second.
What are the different reasons that Premulize is better than RD?

You can use it in other locations just not at the same time as another device in a different location.
You can use it on any compatible app or Kodi Addon and as many as you want.

Sorry confused about the VPN, it says 'you do not need a VPN' but others say you do, but if you used a VPN then RD wouldn't work/load , as your IP address would be different?
I thought IP provider would not see what your doing as using RD , but would they know i was using Stremio or am i wrong.

When you connect to RD servers they use HTTPS and are encrypted.
All your ISP sees that you are connected to the RD servers they don’t see what you are accessing.
They just know you are accessing data.
As long as are using RD with Stremio and not torrenting like you were before, you’ll be okay without a VPN.
