Check both the Audio and Video settings for both your box and tv.

evening all got sky q skin on my h2s can someone help me im trying to put picons on my epg got picon&channel numbers enable but still not showing got them on main guide but struggling with the rest many thanks
 
Thanks Chabs, using this skin on a Gigablue Quad+ for the past few days with OpenATV 5.3 and it's fantastic, keep up the good work.

Chabs, big thanx for this image, just installed it for first time on vix image, my question is and hope you(or anyone) can help is that it seems too "big" for the tv, i.e missing text on edge of screen. Are there any settings I can change?

Yes...you need to adjust your tv screen aspect ration.

Use your tv remote control to adjust the screen size. Either change it to just scan or fit to screen option. Some tv have overscan screen size.

Hi Chabs,
I'm getting error (no message unfortunately) when trying to install this version, when I try to open tar file inside ipk using 7-Zip on PC I get message "There are data after end of archive"
This only happens on this version
Any chance you can re-package and re-post?

Hi, do you need to uninstall v1.3 first before installing 1.4?
If follow instructions I get messages stating file already exist. If so how do I remove version 1.3 please?

Can anyone help with the text alignment issue I have. If you look at the picture my text starts with a big gap on the left. I only have service name selected withing the epg. 20160603_184637.jpg

ok so I deleted 1.3 from my box, copied this 1.4 to temp, Then install local extension. I get error cannot install package enigma2-skins-skyq. Any help appreciated

solved, There were a load of clashes. Manually deleted clashes and re-installed

How do you delete / remove version 1.3 please as 1.4 wont install over 1.3?
 
Ftp to the box go to usr/share/enigma2/ and delete sky q skin. When you try and install new skin it may show exceptions for further files to remove. Just follow the directory it gives and remove them then 1.4 will install.

The problem is that you are using someones backup image. The person might have changed the python files to keep the gap like that.

Ask the person whos back up image you using and he will advice you on how to solve the issue...

Found this from Chabs....You need to increase the service name size in the settings on the graphicalepgpig screen... This worked for me, go on epg, press menu, set service width to 270.
