ip provider blocking c/s but not iptv ?

hi weird one but anyone having problems with there c/s ? my provider is post office yet they seem to be blocking my c/s but my iptv is all good , tried with my 2 lines and says online but scrambled ?

they can't be blocking c/s, the data required is miniscule and they wouldn't be able to identify it anyway

there's either a duff setting on your box or you've let your lines expire, try a test line from somewhere else and try again

Has your provider turned the server off a lot are doing it now days as there's not much point in some suppliers eyes it's costing them more than what it's worth or as posted subscription expired post office won't block one thing and not the other

There is another possibility I tried a line a couple of months ago it wasn't accepting the line I managed to change dns to Google on box then worked fine. But I wasn't happy with that so I turned off virgin child safe then it was fine.


Then as another test I had the server change to another dns and turned on child safe and it was fine.

So start by turning off any isp blockers then look into changing box to Google dns I'm not sure how to do that on openbox though.
