Apple TV

Not sure if it will work on Apple TV but I use an app on my iphone called Video lite and you access a few different apps with it but I use it for YouTube and I don’t see any adds when watching YouTube videos.
You can also log into your YouTube account.
It does offer add free with a subscription but I have found you don’t need it.

Moved from Firestick earlier this year as it just seemed to be very slow and clunky. Used a number of different IPTV apps but UHF is the best by far in my opinion

No lifetime sub on UHF kinda off put me off at $9.99 a year for Pro.

Ive too many apps anyway :smiley:
 
Have had ATV for about 18 months, aside from streaming , the tie in with iphone adds a lots of very useful features.

Been using the beta version of TvOS 18 as well, the voice enhancement is a game changer. Though i have found combining it with “Reduce Loud Sounds” dampens the subwoofer too much, might just be my particular soundbar. Solution for me is too use night mode directly on the soundbar if needed.

Didnt know about Vidi , thanks, will have a look into it. I think you can add RD streaming access to Infuse , but you still need a seperate device to search Streamio. Never set it up as im mostly using plex/emby now.
Think the biggest drawback is no reliable IPTV apps with recording. I did see someone mention setting up a nextpvr server to achieve this , but i haven’t had time to look into it.
ATV isnt going to suit everyones needs , but as an overall family media centre, its really slick.
 
can you actually use your real debrid account on the tvOS and iPad app if you can how do you do i can not see anything obvious thanks

You can use debrid now...I have just been using an app called Vidi which is similar to streamio for Android devices and you can link your debrid account and it works pretty well....is a paid app £5 for life which isn't bad.

Yes I've just set it up i paid via turkey TL199 i assume its a one time payment

You can setup Infuse media player to connect and stream from your real debrid library. People use this as a work around of sorts , eg. use an outside app (streamio etc) to find and save content to RD , then play on ios via Infuse.
If you want to follow it up , search for “webdav infuse real debrid” .
Though as others have mentioned, it seems like the ios app Vidi can search/steam in one.
Sounds promising but i haven’t tested it yet.

Can you change between the 2 accounts on Apple TV 4K no issues.
Do you set up box first using your original account and then switch to install USA app then switch back to your actual apple account.?
 
UHF is great, the free version has a large logo on to encourage you to go pro, but its fine for testing.

Very easy and it as you mentioned...click which ID you want active...the app store changes to relevant country ..
Download apps you want and change back to your normal ID ...got abt 6 or 7 logged in at same time on mine.
