First Post So be Gentle,Will This work on the Zgemma Star H.2S Box please?

That's what it is was designed for.
But you have posted in the wrong section so ensure you download the correct build for installing.

Hiya, i just done a update 'channel' as bbc1 was not hd. but bbc2, itv, 4 and channel5 where all in order and in hd, but now my channels are as below
i have channel swap ticked, how can i fix this? thankyou
101 is bbc2 hd
102 is bbc alba hd

If you're happy to futz about in the filesystem of your box, you need to make corrective entries in the custom_swap.txt file - if not I'd guess that it will all be resolved quite quickly by a further update soon.

AutoBouquets - no BBC One

Hi Wooshman. Super image!! Outdone yourself! Thanks for all your hard work. I just have 1 issue. My USB WLAN device isn't showing up. I have the compatible Skybox device, but it doesn't appear in network adapters. Any ideas?

Actually don't worry about this. It was a problem with the USB device. Changed that and worked straight away.

I have now been using the whoosh build for a while. It has been very stable, no major problems at all.

thanks very much for the build seems solid. I'm new to enigma 2 sat boxes.
I've got everything setup and working nicely except I've tried to record whilst the box is in standby and all i get is a blank recording?
all other recordings whilst I'm watching work fine - is there anything i can do to get this working properly?
my box is a zgemma star s .... single tuner.

I've just got a 2s box for my mother in law - she wants me to set it up today so I'm going to go for the Wooshbuild again.

One question - she only has the one line LNB coming in - will everything still work okay? If so which port will it go in?

cable goes in bottom right (tuner a)

then you need to go in tuner settings and disable tuner B.

It will only be able to watch one channel or record one channel at a time.
As you look at the rear of the box then connect cable in tuner A bottom right.
You will probably have to set tuner B to disabled pon setup as well.

I think this was discussed in the H2S WooshBuild thread and is to do with the USB or micro SD card not being fast enough to keep up with timeshift. I gave solutions and think they went with a faster USB?

Hi Wooshman.

Just getting back to an issue I highlighted #228. I got it working thinking it was a device fault, but it wasn't. I had to install the ralink driver which sorted issue. This was for the skybox wifi dongle.

Thanks again for the build guys. Nice clean image and good speeds from it.

Hi, I am going to update my box with this build. My question is, will i loose all my recordings that are on my HDD or is it a case of just unplugging, updating, and plugging back in. I have read the instructions on the download page but just want to double check. How i understand it is that i don't initialise but i do create a swap file. Hoping someone can just confirm.
