I have just flashed WB v6 from the online image and there are 33 updates. No warnings about it being an old image though, just went through the process and all fine.

As far as I know (and I am still learning) if there is no epg for the channel you are unable to pause it. This would mean unless your VOD has an EPG entry it won't pause.

Woosh and Ad29434, I think this seems to be the norm. Yes, you can download and playback with all functionality, but you cannot control it from just VOD. The system, while not perfect, does work very well though, but you do need a pretty fast and reliable internet service to get the best out of it. There are some channels/programmes that you cannot save though, you can only play those as VOD.

Cheers rvpilot - I had a play last night and everything was working perfectly on the H2S. I will have a play with the other boxes and see what they do.

I'm still new to IPTV and finding my way as I go along. It does seem stable though and I'm happy with it - running it on an H2S box with WB6. Your support always helps as we go through this stuff, so please keep up the great work.

Thanks. I'll check it again tonight and then back up settings and do a re flash from WB Config.
 
Long time woosh user and recent beer buyer but how can i stop the wooshbuild_tv bouquet from appearing? I'm using the box for iptv now so although i appreciate it, i don't need it anymore.

You cant delete the woosh bouquet it is loaded as standard, so no matter how many times you try to delete it, it will always come back.
 
is there any difference in the h2s box vs the i55 apart from obviously the lack of tuners, i noticed the image for the i55 is half the size so does this mean the i55 being same cpu / ram spec etc will run alot quicker and be less pauses between channel changes etc, as trying decide if to keep the h2s or purchase a i55 since just be using iptv along with standard tv freeview :)

I got an i55, didn't put any images on it, just a skin and an epg plugin... there is ZERO difference between that and an h2s.... okay not zero, that channels clear about a second faster but that's it. I must try the image to see what's it like but couldn't be faster than the core version. After this i updated my i55 to the latest atv and somehow it's made it much worse! Channels take about 6 second to clear and the box feels laggy

You still can't remove it as it is added by WooshBuild and not by ABM or AB E2, it is there for if needed purposes, like when it was needed when channels were being removed. It was needed at Christmas so we could make fools of ourselves, it is just there. The only way to stop it is by removing WB Config and if you do that you may as well flash your box and set it up manually with the bits you want and leave the bits you don't want.

We don't alter any system files or change the way any plugins run or update, the WB bouquet is the only thing we add. You are free to remove every part of wooshbuild from your box which will basically leave you with openatv and a skin.

The next version will give much more control over bits though so you might find you can stop it then.
 
Its the very last option in WBconfig it should say flash to version 6. from screen green button>wbconfig>scroll down to last option.

Hi anyway you can Add nickelodeon which is working on 11141 MHz h 22000 and nicktoons which is working too same transponder? Thanks
 
I wander if anyone can help with a recent issue when my zgemma h2s, running wooshbuild v6 that crashes when pausing/ fast forwarding/ rewinding live tv or recorded programmes.

I had recently added a larger external drive, mounted and added the swap file. All was ok until a recent reflashing of wooshbuild and this error problem seems to have started. I have reverted to my old usb, re-mounted and setup timeshift but the problem remains.
Below is a crash screen??

Try to reformat fat32 and reflash the box

I would like to keep the recordings which would make me not want to reformat the usb : (
Will try reflashing though

EDITED: Reflashed and same issue, any ideas brain trusts??
