What version are you currently using @si111 please? If version 4, give me 10 minutes or so and I will sort it.

I'm on version 5 bud
Ive solved the problem, turned box off for 30 secs and gone back into wb config and option is there to update now.

If on the H2S, you can use WB Config and select re-flash wooshbuild. This will give you 6. The fixed one too lol

To All the people having problems with their lines i would sugest that you contact your Sub. provider! I was baffeled to today when i upgraded..my line would not work after trying everything and then deciced to contact my provider about it and he replied straight way! their server was attacked today...DNS Attack...So please dont blame Wooshie until you have contacted your provider too!

fixed it, reboot box and option was in the wb config now,cheers

Emailed wooshman my line and confirmed there was something wrong on the providers side.

Checked with provider and turns out he has changed everyone's lines so was just a coincidence it happend around same time as v6 update. Have edited with FileZilla and all working fine.

This is the reason why only my FTA channels would work. Now working perfectly

Not sure if it helps but after upgrade everything was fine even after restoring settings but then lost all sly channels. Did update and then had single bouquet tv guide.

Reflashed again yesterday and restored settings sorted all problems out. Thank wooshman for the build

guys im really struggling with this new v6 update. ive tried a new gift witch i bought this morning and still no joy. ive tried a factory reset and then flashed the box with the basebuild and started again still the same thing happens once i put my usb with the new cam still wont import and ive tried 2 usb pens. help please

If it says this on the screen 'media/sdb1', then it needs changing to USB - which is why the USB cam importer can't see it.

Red button -> Plugins -> Mount manager - highlight the USB -> Green button to change -> left / right button until it reads media/usb

Then press the green button to save. Your box may restart.
once restarted, check the mounts again (blue -> yellow) If it then reads media/usb try the cam importer again.

Or try putting your line on your hdd the one used for recording, then running the cam importer. This then removes all doubt that it is a usb problem

ive tried using a second usb hdd and can now see the cam file but once its installed still nothing

i have tried that and still no good it says CCcam 2.3.0

Green > dream explorer > usr > keys > CCcam.cfg

Your line details will/should be here. If so ensure they're exactly right. If they aren't you haven't loaded the line!

Edit: this is assuming you have a C line as you're using CCcam2.3.0

Hi @wooshman ,
The plot thickens, I now have two <N/A> bouquets on both boxes (h.2s). One box has WBconfig 1.47 and WB V6 and the other 1.46 and V5.3.
Now, I could be miles off but I suspect it has something to do with "Fix my Bouquets" and running ABMe2 from WBconfig because I think they only appeared after I did that.

hmm.... i had wooshbuild v5 on and it said v6 was available so iv updated it and its put openATV on?

is that right?
