Hi paul yes it's connected to WiFi i done upupdates then tried to register and won't pass the registration button. I am resetting again going to try register first then update this time

The stick was bought brand new about a year ago
Then get Amazon cs to put it back online if they can't they will stil replace it. They can see if it's ever been set up and when sold etc easily enough.
What was the outcome?
When i clicked on help there was a button there to register and it worked
