Vu Duo 2 Not Playing HD IPTV Channels

I noticed that my duo 2 will no longer play hd or fhd channels on iptv, I get a black screen and sound but no picture? Someone mentioned something to do with codecs changing but I'm lost.

It means your hardware is not able to play the streams. You can try serviceapp with different stream types but I don't think it will help

Your provider has switched to H.265 compression the Duo 2 does not support it.
