Mines came back on a while ago but shows disconnected still, they've done an upgrade allegedly.

All my channels were showing scrambled. Rebooted the box and now ok.

Yes extended at the end of january

Same with me, just extended my sub on Saturday, and my box is disconnected today.

Well i've not updated my sub in the last 6 months and mine shows connected but nothing clearing.

So there is no link between updating subs, showing connected or disconnected or anything else.

They have obviously updated something, and we are just waiting for all systems to come back online.

ive got two boxes on two dishes
the one which i updated is off
the newer box is on
so its obviously done something to the boxes with updated subs.

I updated fw to latest on GT media a few days ago and then added a new year subs , all clearing.
