Attention :

VIP & some other Packages work only on V146
You must update your Box to latest server V146.

when I go into net and games SW update the box is telling me to upgrade also. so looks like a new firmware .

Yes that's latest v1.21 using server 1.46. You can also see what version you currently have installed on information page

Tried to download the 146 but all I get after I download to usb is the 121 version . I must be doing something wrong ?

Yes mate I knew I already had the 121 installed but as i said down bottom it`s saying upgrade to 146

The bit thats says
Upgrade server to 1.46
Is just a changelog
Its telling you what changed on that update
Its not an instruction to update

Check whether PT connected in net & games otherwise reboot, making sure box is connected to Internet

Ok I understand you now . all working fine here on 121 version I thought there was a newer firmware for box i will just leave it for now .

Anyone else getting PT disconnected on Viark Sat 4K? I’m on the latest SW 1.21 and I’ve rebooted the box a few times but nothing working. I’ve tried a couple of different Ethernet cables aswell

I had to do a factory reset and a full blind scan. Was latest firmware but nothing cleared, checked internet connection and all was okay nothing would work until I reset it and blind scanned 28e

Get this with the GT too a full Modem Router reboot fixes it

My guess would be that you were using a sly q box before you connected the dish to the Gtmedia. Sly q uses a different type of lnb that is not compatible with the Gtmedia - it will find channels but won’t open them .
