Watching Villa v City Sky Sport DE 19.2e and it’s been perfect on my Viark.

Sky Sports UK working too apart from Sky Sports Plus.

There's an option to Rename channel in...
Menu -> Channels -> TV Channels

Menu > Channels > TV Channels

Select the channel and use the left and right buttons to highlight Rename. Change it to whatever you want.

On my GT the channels are green but got no signal, receiver moves dish but no signal

The E2 box has signal so dish hasn't moved

Edited : for some season box had changed my long & lat settings. All back now

Is that why I can pick up the NFL feed fine on 19.2E on the Viark, but not on my Vu Uno 4K?

all 5 NFL Muxx Feeds on 19E are working in any HD Box at the moment very strong signal ,
if not locking signal your dish is not aligned properly .
no need for DVB-S2X boxes NFL Muxx broadcasting in just 1080 as i type : )

80cm in South East. I can't pick up the feed on my enigma2 box, but it works fine on my Viark
