Just delete the 19.2E satellite, then add it again and blind scan (set it to tv only will give you more space in future too).
Yes it is on a V8 UHD, I am tinkering setting up multi-lnb I have channels clearing on V8, when I connect a Viark sat 4k on the feed I get weak signal.
I think the channel limit on the V8 is around 7500 its a pain when your mortised and a limitation the Viarks don't have, you can remove all the radio channels or not scan them in etc but over the arc i still run out of channel space so on some sat i just scan for scrambled channels when i know a package on it is one ill watch. So look at the scan options to see what may suit your needs.

If i'm not wrong factory reset > channels only
I think it will ask you if you want to delete stored channels before you scan

You'll be ok mate, the only reason I deleted my channel list was because I was using the multi sat channel list and I wanted to do a fresh scan on 19.2 to pull in sky sports de because they're not on the channel list.
