Any tips for making the Viark 4K clear premium channels? It has worked previously.

If I don't use it for a few days when I come to use it none of the premium channels clear. I've tried rebooting, going to Freeview channels & back to premium etc. I did a factory reset previously & that fixed it but not this time. Nothing seems to work & "Scrambled Channel" is all that's displayed.

When it does work I may see "Scrambled Channel" -> "Buffering.." then it clears, but not managed to clear anything since last weekend.

Ignore me - done a factory reset & restored my channel list & it works

Only the sly uk has being updated on the EURO List as didn't get time to scan it all lol..

Is anyone able to receive TNT Sports channels 6/7/8/9/10 on Viark Sat 4K box or are they only available via red button on official receivers lads?

They work on Viark Sat ok

I tried doing a blind scan earlier aswell but didn’t pick them up, weird

* Sorted* I had selected HD Channels only instead on TV channels on my search so I’ve picked them all up now. Am I right in assuming that 6/7/8/9/10 are SD channels?

Check your TP list & edit or add these TPs - 11597 V 22000 & 11612 H 22000

Thanks mate. I’ve picked them up now but only the SD version. I don’t think they have them in HD pal

Hi All,

Recently noticed , I am getting no Internet interface when connected through ethernet port on my viark. I have also WiFi so did not notice but I am sure connection via ethernet was working fine previously. Not sure if it is actual network card or some setting issue after the latest update. I am on latest version dated 15th of Aug.

Anyone else having same issue ? The ethernet cable and connection works when connected to my laptop so that is not the issue.

I also faced this issue. I fixed it by updating the box via usb.

Try this using your own serial. Remember to use the address bar and not search.
