Try and blind scan it when there's a live feed
 
Finally got some of the weekend sky sports channels to scan on 19.2 only for SS7 and SB6 to both say scrambled. Ha. Don’t think I am meant to get them to work. Ha.
 
How was SS on 16e for everyone. Perfect for the early kick off, went off for about a minute 3 or 4 times in the 1st half of the Liverpool game. Changed to Sly DE for the 2nd. Perfect.

What game were you looking for? I watched the Newcastle game (unfortnately for me) on 16E ,Supersports 5 with english comms and was spot on but did lose picture for a few seconds a couple of times in 2nd half. Logo stayed so assuming it was their end.

Did notice Sky Germany didn't have english option on the Premier League channel for me for 3pm kick off on v8uhd as someone else had previously mentioned.
 
Yeah watched that debacle of a performance on SS5 - been shocking all season very very lucky to have the pts we do. I was just scanning them in for future use on 19e. Think May need to be on latest f/w to get Eng comms audio option. Was just wanting to sample start of spurs game on SS7 on 19e. Didn’t go green though for some reason.

I think i am on latest (aug 24?), as long as 16 east stays clear and in english i'll be happy. Noticed Nova on 13E had english option but was in greek when you pressed on it.

I was hoping it was f/w related as some ppl seem to get Eng option whilst others don’t. Yeah 16 is many ppl’s go to.(mine included), just wanted another option for the toon game as 16 seem to miss the odd game every weekend. It’ll be the toon sooner or later. Mind you it’s a bloody hard watch atm. Ha. Yeah Nova has been mentioned by a few on here as a good alternative.

No english audio on nova for long time. Sky de or Supersports for 3pm games etc
 
Anyone else having an issue with scheduled recordings on 28.2e currently? I just get a scrambled channel message. The channels are fine to view besides this.

I find on the GTmedia v8 its best left in standby till the recording kicks in if your on another channel when it kicks in all sorts of things go wrong usually rendering the recording duff.

Same for me, but recently when turning on from standby to record also it's struggling to clear... all FTA channels still recording fine.

Yeah noticed this at the weekend missed a bike race because of it. I now put it on standby on the channel it is going to record when the timer kicks in. That seems to work for me. If ive left on say TNT and the recording is going to be on Eurosport thats when things go bad.
 
I guys dumb question but does anyone have the bt sport/tnt frequencies that clear on the v8uhd. I tried various scams but none of them are green.
