You sure his tv can support 1080i and isn't actually just a 720p tv ?

So maybe your 720p tv, like my old one, will accept a 1080i signal, but not all do (or do it well).

Or the viark is passing off 720p as 1080i, like those 8k iptv streams 🤣

Anyone else finding sometimes when you go direct to a channel on V8UHD it automatically shows as 'Encrypted' but if you do a channel back and forth shuffle, it buffers and decrypts?

Or just a weird issue I have

Some on 19.2 are shown in green on the dual such as sky cinema action hd, and sky krimi hd channel 740 and 750 sky sports bunderliga. Sky uk seems ok just turning the dish around to make sure. ++update uk seems ok as i have the build up to the game on.++

There are 2 options, Global and Europe, if you want UK, DE and IT channels you need Europe sub.
