Any ideas guys my 8uhd on the cs protocol it’s say connected .. on brother say expired date and clearing channels but no card info and freeze all the time .. reset router and box … no luck? Any ideas

Some have done a factory reset to resolve issues.

As long as they are working what's the problem.

Yea same firmware updated via app …. Neither has working cs protocol say disconnected on both both clears green but one is great other is unwatchable

The one I have did the same try ok button to disconnect then reconnect.

Hi,has anyone had issues renewing with sp1 or sp2.I renewed about a year ago to sp2 with no problems.Trying to renew again and I get this message
from seller and of course sp1 Spain is a lot more expensive.
"I checked your serial number, and I see this device can't be renewed with Normal SP2.its only accepts renewal with SP1 Spain (without Apollo)"

No expert on the viark boxes but if you choose a certain package do you have to stay on there

I have seen this mentioned a few times, not sure of the answer.

Your in Europe so you should be able to get SP2 id try another seller. I'll see if i can dig out any info on this.

As suspected your using a seller that does not have the correct panel to give you SP2 europe. This seller you have tried is probably only allowed to sell in Arab countries.

Dont have that knowledge but the cheaper sellers seem to be the ones to avoid.

Google and ask the seller is all i can recommend.

Still having no joy with this.Bought viark sat 4k from German supplier,just a tad over 3 years ago and renewed sp2 a year ago,but all
recharge merchants are telling me that I have to go with sp Spain.I have contacted at least half a dozen at this stage.Still have a year
to run on sat,but iptv running out soon,which has improved somewhat,but still not great.Anyone know anything about sp Spain or
are you stuck after 3 years with sp Spain.
