Syncler

I’ll still stick with Stremio for the family because they don’t care about 4K HDR content and the like. But for me, I’ll be using this. I had a dabble in this app before and have Trakt lists etc already so I’m ready to go really!
Loads of 4k on stresmio but you do have to pay for premulize.

A very interesting read, thanks, I’ve just been using the bundled VOD with my IPTV supplier, I used to use my RD years ago with KODI, it may be worth looking into all this again.
I also first used RD with Kodi then just progressed to using it with VOD apps and trying them all out of curiosity.
I think it’s good to have access to different sources for VOD and iptv.
Like a backup.
I like quality Remux files for movies and using RD I don’t have to download them anymore.
Also along with access to the latest TV series.
I have never really tested All Debrid or Premiumize so not sure how they compare to RD.
I don’t think they have as many servers as RD though.

What kind of speeds would you need to have to stream the 4K stuff flawlessly? I only have 62Mbps max.

RD, uses https port 443 to stream the content directly to your device, therefore you do not need a VPN as https traffic is encrpyted as standard. This is better as VPN will reduce your speed and increase your latancy and in turn sometimes affect the playback of your stream.

It depends on the file size and how many devices are running on your connection at any given time.

I would say also connect your device using Ethernet if you can.
I don’t know if you could stream a Blu-ray remux say 60-100gb file with a 63mb connection.

You would need to test but there are always smaller file sizes to choose from on all the VOD apps to cater for slower connection speeds and low end devices.

There wouldn't happen to be an idiots guide/walkthrough that you know of to get Syncler+ up and running is there?
I have explained it on this thread page 4 post #64 with links but as for step by step guide you might find one for the Stable version on Reddit and Troypoint.
I use the beta version as the Stable version has not been updated in over a year but don’t think there is a step by step guide.
I and others will help if you get stuck.

Also helps having a Trakt account and linking it with Syncler.
This helps track all your content that you watch.
Trakt accounts are free and you don’t need the paid VIP Trakt account.
I've got a trakt account I've had it for years?
So what is the paid VIP Trakt account?
