I've seen my Android TV box have the odd blip and a reboot seems to sort. I've also had Tivimate go corrupt on me, reinstall fixed this. I feel for providers, as I suspect a lot of users that have issues are quick to blame them, rather than troubleshoot their setup first. You have to expect these bumps in the road every now and again.
