Software Update for Sat box H2S

Hi Guys
Can anyone tell me whats the best way of keeping the software up to date on the Sat box H2S without using a USB stick as i'm reluctant to do this way because of bricking the box. can i do it via a online update.

Press blue button scroll to software update press ok on the remote then press green button to start scan when the software update is complete it will ask you to reboot the box Once a week is good for a software update

If it's a Vix image you can't do it online. OpenATV, no issue. Trying updating Vix will brick it.
