Fair do's kiddac my question was in preparation of installing the update as in an earlier post from chabs he mentioned the skin was set up for openpli just trying to establish a preference for new version.

I base my skin on openpli because it easy for me to code in one xml file. I use both open pli and open atv. I have never used Vix as its supported by arrogant people (my opinion).

Open pli is very basic but its very light. For easier use and less crashes...I would suggest Open ATV for anyone as Pli involves alot of installations and components addons if you have limited enigma knowledge.

But its always down to personal choices...

Don't understand is vix is for arrogant people too be honest only one I tired and stuck too it but if openpli fast ovously im gonna try that
 
It annoys me so much when I'm subscribed to these threads and get notifications on my phone when other people don't read old posts even from the last few days guys, and ask stupid questions when the answer is already above

And yes I know I've just done a pointless post lol

The Preview screen is still the same. But I have changed the pip screen size to default so as to be customised to users choice.

But I have made a complete up to date pack of channel preview pngs for the infobar for those who dont have pip specs...

Does that mean the channel selection number box has been changed? For example when you're watching a channel and type the number of a new channel in to change to such as 401, has that box size been reduced as it was quite large on v1.2.

Excellent work btw, look forward to trying 1.3 later.

The box size is still the same as the actual skyQ. But I have added the Event name as well in the box. When you press the channel to zap it will also tell you what programm is on...

Am just creating the ipk file now and rar files for the preview pngs and picons. Will test the ipk file before uploading the update...
