They are not made from real details at all they use fake ID and addresses from all over the place. No genuine person would sell their accounts to be used by any tom dick and harry to commit fraud.

They basically use ipburger.com to buy fresh dedicated ip addresses so it makes the accounts look genuine and they must use google for billing addresses.

People do sell stealth PayPal ebay amazon verified accounts so there’s nothing bogus about having a stealth account.

Technicality, you are right. However, it looks shady as hell, and PayPal typically operates with verification as a need. I'll go ahead and give some benefit of the doubt, but even then, like 99 percent of the people who have a stealth account are doing shit that a lot of places wouldn't call legal, and Paypal doesn't want to be associated with that by default.

If you can't verify Paypal has no reason to unlock your account. You're pretty much at the point where you'll want to burn that account and move on man.

I...haven't tried his service so I don't know. But there are a half dozen reasons as to why PayPal would close the account. I think the lack of awareness of that a stealth account could get wrecked at any moment is kinda funny, though.
