Installing a c or n line

Hi all,
Can someone run me through on how to install either a c or n line on a V5s openbox.
The box is brand new and still in wrapper,

Well first of all unwrap the box, then take out of the box.........haha only messing lol

the easiest way for a newbie to do it is to install it manually with the remote control. Go to menu > settings > nettwork settings > cams setup > (if its not there, highlight the network settings logo and press 6666 on the remote for it to appear) > for c lines you need to choose cccam client option, for n line choose mgcamd option > type lines in manually. good luck

Hi,
Have I got to make a file first????? to transfer files to.
I really don't know.

You have to buy a server line first (nline or cline) you only need to make a file if you are uploading from USB, thats why I said it would be easier to type it in if you have never done it.
