...evening everyone, hope you're all doing well. As the title suggests, this has been cropping up on a brand new h11s that I'm trying to flash...have done a couple in the recent past and this is the first time I've ever seen it...keeps crashing on a loop and I can't see why...it's gone down on open atv and open vix...when I rebooted it and restarted gui it also crashed with the same error and log coming up... most peculiar!
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas or has experienced the same issue
Many thanks.

That isn't a crash log, it's an onscreen notification that enigma2 has crashed.
The log is timed and dated and is in home/root logs, open it with notepad and copy/paste it here

...ahh yes, I should rename the thread, silly me got my horns in a twist! I can't access the logs as this crash resulted in me having to reflash completely with a clean image...was setting up for someone else so just caught me off guard is all.

Once you have flashed and gone through the setup wizard change log settings to media/hdd

On vix menu, setup, system, logs, settings and change Logs folder location. OpenATV maybe similar but I'm not sure of the exact paths.

Once done you can go through the rest of the setup ie skins and plugins. If you get a crash again it will be on HDD so you can see them even if you need to reflash.

Most images are now python 3 so any skins/plugins you may use check they are python 3 compatible and download from image feeds if possible to avoid compatibility issues.

... many thanks @dsayers2014 for all the information, I will do just that in regards to the log settings and then it makes sense what @pabloescaban suggests to do and post up the logs to scrutinise on here if need be. I'm sure, as you suggest , that it is possibly a python issue somewhere ...there was also an instance of it crashing when I executed the import epg button on XE plugin...and that cannot be downloaded off feeds anymore due to a bad magic number issue, so will be interesting to see what gives in those logs!
Your advice is very much appreciated and I shall report back with said logs should it rear it's ugly blue head again!
