What connection do I need to run this ??

Looks like the TV aerial is plugged in, to its right is a connection for digital radio and the top two are for the satellite dish, if one's connected. You would use an F connector for them.

Yeah, four of them and a length of satellite cable, enough to run two lengths to your box. There are videos on Youtube for how to connect F connectors if you need them.

no need for a crimp tool,you can get screw on f connectors

I would look at cleaning the wall box connectors as they look a little corroded and will downgrade signal.

Screw on are far better than crimp any way , just make sure you get screw on that fits cable, usually 7mm , but shotgun cable is smaller

Thanks they look dull going round tomorrow to have a look got connectors male and female see what it says... hoping it's connected to the sat
