GigaBlue Dcolor GD1 Giga TV Mediaplayer Stick 4K PRO Review

Already said works perfectly fine on other devices such as chromecast with Google tv...

Have you tried using a different app on that box? Can't see you saying you had or not...

Nah, have only used Tivimate and tested playing the stream in vimu, don't normally use an external player with Tivimate.

Provider seems fine on other devices but I'm new to the IPTV world only bothered with FTA via tvheadend before. Could be missing something.

I changed the codec from mpeg-ts to I think HLS and still noticed issues, I should note that the issue isn't constant but I found a reliable why to trigger it which is to switch through channels quickly.

It feels at this point like it's provider specific. I did a few trials before settling with this one but never tested this other device with the provider. May look for another trial to test on the device to see if the issue is still there

I would suggest trying a different app, like smarters or xciptv or something, and just see if the issues happens with this also. If so, sounds supplier/stream/device specific

Logged in on to many devices would be my guess
Possibly... User should ensure none of the other devices are streaming and then trying with just this device...

Also, with the quickly zapping between, does it do it on tivimate in other devices? Could be that on this device it holds the streams longer than other devices, causing too many connections...

Potentially,

I have been sure to ensure other devices are not streaming from IPTV when doing this. However your point of the device holding onto streams longer would be interesting. Might have to pull out wireshark and take a look.

Frankly, I have been using tivimate for a while on all my other devices. I would much rather change device or change provider than change app.

I'm not saying long term change, just for a test 👍🏻
