Ford Transit 2016 Key fob issue

A friend dropped it off as he knows I maul with the odd simple fix saying it doesn't work won't charge
Is this dead or repairable?

Change the battery in the fob first to see if that helps m\8

I took it apart (took some doing) and noticed one of the legs on the battery holder had come away.
I re-soldered it and tested it with a key fob/remote tester all's well.
I don't think their meant to come apart because I was close to destroying it trying to get it open and I had to glue it back together
