Follow registration use fake add and ensure email not used with amazon before ...its been a while since I done this as don't have amazon devices anymore...but if memory serves me right you may be able to add a Australian add on your UK account and change your existing account download app and revert back.

I just downloaded the official app from the store. I might have had to change the country of my Amazon account, but don’t remember that being hard to do…

Easy enough to change store to USA on your amazon account and get official app, this way is most efficient

I'm really interested in Fubo Canada with EPL 4K but can't see any way to get it. I tried registering officially with a Revolut card but it didn't work. Also can't see it being listed on any Shoppy sites.
